Return Policy

Crazyballer will not sell or deliver paintball markers where prohibited by law. Please check with your local authorities for legal restrictions in your area. The BUYER is responsible to comply with all state and local regulations.

Please do not place your order until you have read and agreed to Crazyballer's return policy.

There will be no returns on paintball markers or air tanks. All other NEW, UNUSED, UNOPENED merchandise may be returned within 30 days of the original invoice date. Original PACKAGING and RECEIPT must accompany the return. We do not charge restocking fees.

All returns must have a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number or they will be refused. RMA number must be written on the box or shipping label of returned items. Please send all return requests to info@crazyballer.com or call (562) 644-7090.

The merchandise must be returned complete with all of the original manufacturer's packaging, manual(s), blank warranty cards, miscellaneous parts and accessories. Incomplete returns will not be accepted. No returns on used merchandise. Used Merchandise means that the merchandise is handled by the customer in any other way than for visual inspection.

WARRANTY is from the MANUFACTURER of the product. All paintball products come with a manufacturer's warranty. The warranty period varies per manufacturer. You must contact them directly to work out the details. We can assist in your efforts to get the product repaired by the manufacturer. Ultimately it is up the manufacturer to warranty the products. We are just a distributor of their products.

Crazyballer has a solid "NO BALL BROKEN" policy on all paintball sales. Please contact returns@crazyballer.com for an exchange. Broken paintball claims must be made within 10 days of shipment. Please hold your shipment of broken paintballs for 7 to 10 business days to allow UPS to come by and inspect the package.

There are no refunds on shipping and handling.
